Biography
Hardworking, Organized, Precise. As a paralegal in Hawaii and Washington for 30 plus years, Dorothy thought she had seen and heard it all. Then she escaped the daily routines and became a full-time RV’er for 2 years. That’s when her real education began.
Doing some consulting and dealer evaluation for Coachmen, Dorothy gained lots of experience RV’ing. She then moved to Arizona and worked 8 years as a 911 operator.
Dorothy brings wisdom of safety and security with a real common sense approach to the world of RV’s.
“Dedicated to Service” Susan has based 30 years of small business ownership on the idea that anyone can sell a product, but good customer service sets you above the rest.
Having owned several small businesses in Western Washington working with RV dealers and owners for 20 years, Susan got to know the other side of RV’ing when she full-timed for 2 years. She returned to the “real world” as a service manager at a dealership in Arizona. In the quest to understand all aspects of the industry, Susan worked for Monaco Coach, traveling in a motorhome and teaching warranty and customer service at dealerships all over the country.
Susan then built another successful service center in Mesa, Arizona, and is now a partner in Empire Clear Shield in Mesa. Sharing her experiences and knowledge on the web is her newest venture and passion.
UPDATE: We are back on the road again! We have purchased a 2005 Mandalay Presidio 40 foot motorhome. We have leased out our house, and are on the road full time. See ya down the road!
